YouTube Blocking Audio in Videos, the End of User uploaded Music and Videos?

YouTube has recently updated their site to block videos that include: “an audio track that has not been authorized by all copyright holders.”
So, basically this means anything YouTube or it’s affiliates deems copywritten cannot be uploaded, well they can – but without audio. So what’s the point of uploading it? Their intention is probably to disable user uploaded music and videos
This may cut down on user uploaded music videos, but this is only going to turn up people saying “I CAN’T HEAR IT?!?!!!” You know how YouTube goes.. Anyway, what’s going to be (or is) the next for user uploaded Music Videos?
That’s really annoying. It happened to me just now.
How can we fix this? What’s the point of them letting us upload stuff when they are just going to take it down, or mute it?
